I am married with 4 children, 5 step kids and 6 grandchildren. I have been the owner of Cottonwood Coves, Inc. (link to the website) since 1999, when I purchased it from my father and his partner. They had previously owned the community for 25 years prior to my purchase.
Murray City is where we are located, which is in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley. We are a community of manufactured homes for residents 55 and older. The community is made up of 24.2 acres containing 176 home sites. The property was developed in 1962. The community's location is bisected by the peaceful and beautiful Big Cottonwood Creek, as well as being the last property on the north-east border of Murray City.
The development originated as a family-owned business and was purchased by my father in 1973.
